Printing and Shipping Policy

At Nerikson, physical products are fulfilled after purchase and are not generally held as ready-to-ship stock.

As a result, orders require processing and preparation time before shipment.



1. Order placement and confirmation

When you place an order, payment for the product and shipping is processed at checkout.

Once payment has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been received and is being processed.


2. Processing time

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment.

This processing time may include production, post-processing, quality checks, packing, and shipment preparation, depending on the items ordered and operational requirements.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.


3. Shipping and delivery

Once your order has been completed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, carrier operations, and any customs procedures where applicable.

Shipping times are separate from order processing times. Any delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted with the order.


5. Delays

We aim to process all orders within the stated timeframe.

However, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, production constraints, carrier issues, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays affecting their order.


6. Shipping charges, customs, and import fees

Shipping charges are collected at checkout.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Changes and cancellations

Because physical orders enter processing after purchase, requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production or shipment preparation, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.


8. Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us promptly and include your order number together with any relevant photos or delivery information.
